The first part of the trip to the Astrakhan region

Important meeting: Phoenix Garden CEO Maxim Zakharov and chief agronomist/partner Georgiy Dzhola discussed development strategy, opening of the company (next week!) and expansion of activities.

Last week, an important business meeting took place in Astrakhan between Maxim Zakharov, CEO of the Phoenix Garden project, and Georgy Vitalievich Dzhola, chief agronomist/project partner. The meeting was intense and productive: they discussed strategic development plans, the opening of the company (scheduled for the coming week), as well as practical issues related to expanding activities at this stage.

Key outcomes of the first part of the business trip:

Visiting the nursery – Georgy Vitalievich showed his work and shared valuable experience that will help us in creating our own production.
Study of a land plot for a temporary mini-nursery – we found a promising plot, developed a plan for its preparation and registration for the relocation of one-year-old trees that have already been on the project's balance sheet since last year.
Office search – we found a suitable option that meets our requirements. Now it's up to processing the documents, which we have already set in motion.
Important news for investors

As we discussed earlier, on May 30, recalculation will begin for those who have taken two or more installments, but do not pay or have delays of 3 months or more. This is necessary for the correct accounting of funds and shares, as well as the further development of the project.
